The Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals at University College London Hospitals (UCLH) is a national and international leading centre of excellence for sleep and snoring disorders.
We offer a multidisciplinary approach to the management and treatment of our patients with input from various allied specialties within UCLH, including Respiratory Medicine, Sleep Neurology and Insomnia Clinics. Such close multidisciplinary working allows us to provide a truly unique service in London, and together we represent the largest sleep service in Europe.
We offer a range of diagnostics including:
- Home sleep studies Sleep assessments (sleep actigraphy and sleep diaries)
- Hospital-based full polysomnography (AASM standard)
- Flexible endoscopy to assess upper airway collapse
- Sleep nasendoscopy (drug-induced sleep)
Treatment options
- CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure)
- Customised mandibular advancement devices
- The full spectrum of sleep surgery including:
- Functional external septorhinoplasty
- Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)
- Turbinate reduction
- Tonsillectomy Palatopharyngoplasty
- Tongue base reduction
- Neuromodulation therapy including Inspire Therapy

Getting here by Public Transport
By bus:
Bus stops around University College Hospital area are changing as a result of the West End Project.
Southbound buses will move from Gower Street to Tottenham Court Road.
Buses 14, 24, 73, 134 and 390 will serve Tottenham Court Road north and southbound. The 73 (toward Oxford Circus) and the 390 (to Victoria) will stop outside University College Hospital on Euston Road.

Unfortunately, car parking (other than patients with Blue Badges who are attending hospital outpatient appointments, day cases and the Emergency Department) is not available at University College Hospital.
